Super base for discovering Kuala Lumpur with amicable staff from one staff member to another. Excellent location in BUKIT BINTANG area, in the downtown area. Again, walking distance to Alor Street...

I liked the location a lot, as its has a lot of Indian restaurants near by and 7-11 (supper market) just close by. Also its just a 2mints walk from bb Plaza. The staff are nice and friendly.
I dint like the toilet as it was not very clean, even when the guys come to clean the room they don't clean the wash room. The mirrors were stained. also the fact that the hotel does not have a weighing scale. normally every hotel has one and i think they should seriously think of getting one so that the travelers can weigh their bags.

The location and the room rates. Btw I really don't understand the above question, thus left it blank.
1.Walking from the hotel to the main road extremely steep, esp for kids. May consider Hotel Imperial in future, closer to main road and also the rates are lower. 2. Inconsistent messages. When I cked in on 12Jul, I requested for ck out on 14th at 2pm. The checking in staff said ok. However, on 14th morning my son rec'd a call that we need to ck out at 12, but when he told that I was out for mtg and we had been allowed till 2pm, he was told that the latest is 1pm. He called me at the mtg and I had to spoke to the hotel staff who agreed to extend till 2pm, as I said I could only be back at 1.30pm. A lot of inconvenience.

The view to mountain is magnificent, the room is big. Good and great setting, it's near to the train stations, and the shopping center. Furthermore, it is 1 mile from the touristic places like twin skyscrapers.

This is my third time to stay at the Radius. I enjoyed it very much for 3 star hotel and the staff although often very busy took time to help and assist my needs being a diabled person. I had a few grevies with the hotel ...but all was sorted once I talked with the staff. Enjoyed the spacous clean swimming pool. A treat to spoil ones self at the end of an exhorting day :-) The location is great with easy walking distance to Mono Rail/LRT (10 to 15 minutes) and huge shopping Plazzas. Great street cafes in Jalan Anor Street at night make dinning a exciting adventure with a wide array of good value asian meals. Car fumes are a bit of a hazzard but make part of this scence a dinning experence. A safe and adventurous area to stay in.
In having a leg disablity the shower over bath is a challage but all part and parcel of making ones holiday and exciting adventure.
